As a parent, we realize you have a choice between several different dance schools. All studios are not the same. We constantly renovate and improve our facilities as well as provide ongoing training to our staff to ensure we are always offering our students and parents the best experience possible.

Classes run from September through May, with a 2-week break at Christmas and 2 weeks for Spring Break, following the same dates as the Surrey School district.

Class attendance is very important during the 2nd half of the dance year as students will be working on choreography for their recital dance. Limited absences are appreciated through these months. Extended absence will result in the student not being able to participate in recital dance.

Payment Policies

Upon registration, a $35 non-refundable registration fee per student is due and payment will be processed within 48 hours of enrollment.
Monthly tuition will be processed through your pre-authorized payment method. Fees are calculated on a yearly basis and divided into equal payments from September to June, with a minimum of 33 classes provided annually per class. All other fees posted to your account must be paid by the due date. If not received by the due date the office will process the payment through your pre-authorized payment method.
In addition to the monthly tuition there will be a one time charge of $50 per class for a costume deposit due Oct 15th followed by a monthly charge for a recital bundle. This fee will be dependent on the number of classes the student is enrolled in. The recital bundle includes students’ costume for the year end production, a commemorative T-shirt, and digital download of the year end production. Recital bundle fees will be posted Nov – May. They are non-refundable. Note: In the event of late enrolment back payments of recital bundle fees will be due at time of registration. NOTE: All tuition and recital bundle fees will be processed on the 1st of the month.
For students attending competition classes there will be a one time, non-refundable, annual fee of $250. This annual fee includes competition entry fees and is due by the 15th of November. Competition classes will now be subject to recital bundle fees.
Once classes have begun, tuition is non-refundable. To withdraw from a class you must give written notice by the 15th of the month. If notice is given after the 15th of the month tuition for the following month will be due.
Balances owing not paid within 10 days, will be charged a $10 late fee. *If this late fee and balance owing are not paid by the last day of the following month, your child will not be able to attend any further classes until the balance owing and late fees are paid. Please talk to the Studio Director if you have extenuating circumstances.
To offset bank charges, Panorama Dance will charge $25.00 for each returned bank draft payment. Original fee and NSF charge will be reprocessed 14 days after the date of the initial payment.
