Hope everyone is well rested and ready for the busy year ahead! There are lots of events and activities coming up ,so please note dates and times on your calendar to help keep some sanity in your life! Check bulletin boards in the waiting room, log on to our website regularly, talk to Panorama School of Dance staff, and keep yourselves informed.
Come in and visit "The Dancer's Closet" if you haven't been in lately. We have new funwear for the students (and parents too!) of Panorama School of Dance. Hoodies, sweatpants, and shorts can be purchased in Youth or Adult sizes. They're moving fast!!
MOCK EXAMS
Ballet students have been given letters with times for their Mock Exam. Please be sure to read the entire letter, as important information is included: arrival time, attire, hair, etc. If you have any concerns, please talk to your child's teacher or contact the office.
BALLET EXAMS/PRESENTATIONS
Ballet Exams may be scheduled anytime form March 22 - May 14. We will let you know as soon as we get our dates given to us from the Royal Academy of Dance.
COMPETITION/DANCE EXTRAVAGANZA
Competition dates will be arriving over the next couple of months, so please be sure to watch the bulletin boards and our website for schedules. www.panoramadance.com
Our Dance Extravaganza will be on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at the Surrey Arts Centre at 2:00pm. This show is an opportunity for all of our Competition students to perform their routines in front of family and friends. Our Panorama Youth Company will also perform their show entitled "PYC Welcomes the World", a tribute to the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. It makes for a wonderful afternoon of dance! Reserved Seating tickets can be purchase through the Surrey Arts Centre Box Office for $14.50 each, and should be available February 1st.

Please be sure to put your child's name in all pieces, and put them away safely until Photo Day and the Year End Show.**They are not to be worn to class**For those of you who have not yet received a costume, please be patient, as many are still to be received and/or made.

Our show this year is called "A Night at the Oscars" and will feature music and songs from Oscar winning movies over the last 40 years. Should be a spectacular "Night"!
