Some positions for the production will be required to work the opposite night that their child is dancing.

Dressing Room Supervisor

To supervise, ensure safety and entertain children for the duration of performances. To remain backstage with assigned groups, and to get the group organized for their performances.

Required to stay backstage for the entire performance
(15 positions per show)

Flower & T-shirt Sales

To sell flowers during one performance (before, during intermission and after the show) (3 per show)

Public Relations Director

To advertise, promote and encourage attendance at the performances and to gather advertising displays of ads for the program. (Team of 2) This position is for Feb to Apr.

Set Construction

To assist in the set-up of sets prior and after the show. Must also attend the dress rehearsal and be available for set-up on show day (3-4 hours). This is a great position for Dads to volunteer for.

Ticket Takers

To take tickets at front door prior to show and 30 minutes into the show for late arrivals.
(4 per show)
